  • Health & Fitness Responses: Non-clinical quiz inputs such as fitness goals, age bracket, workout frequency, and dietary preferences to calibrate your customized program.
  • Direct Communication: Inquiries, feedback, or support tickets sent to our care desk are stored to assist in resolving your requests.
  • Automated Telemetry: Technical attributes such as IP address, browser type, device operating system, and interaction telemetry to maintain platform reliability and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Transaction Records: Payment verification status and billing intervals. All raw credit card and debit card information is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; we never store raw card numbers.

2. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers. Your details may be shared strictly under contract with essential technical providers, including:

  • Secure cloud hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
  • Certified payment processors to execute authorized transactions.
  • Customer support platforms to handle user inquiries and subscription management.

Our service is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from minors. Any account identified as belonging to a minor under 18 will be permanently deleted.
