These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the legal agreement between you and Fitrs Global Health Tech (“we”, “our”, or “us”), regarding your use of our health and fitness cross-platform application (the “Product”) available at https://fitrs.app.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Product, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Product confirms your acceptance of those changes.

1. Important Health & Medical Disclaimer

1.1. Our Product offers educational and informational content such as videos, text, images, and other materials related to exercise, movement, and nutrition. This content is not medical advice and is not meant to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

1.2. You are fully responsible for your health decisions, training volume, and physical actions. Fitrs Global Health Tech and any affiliates disclaim liability for any health outcomes or injuries resulting from your use of the Product.

1.3. You agree to:

• Consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any substantial fitness or diet changes.
• Discontinue any activity immediately if you feel unwell or experience pain, dizziness, nausea, or shortness of breath.
• Understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks, which you assume voluntarily.

1.4. If you have a personal history of cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, orthopedic joint problems, pregnancy, or recent surgery, we strongly advise seeking medical clearance before beginning any routines.

1.5. We are not liable for any injuries, chronic strain, or health complications arising from your participation in any of the programs.

2. License to Use

2.1. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Product for your private, non-commercial use, subject to payment and compliance with these Terms.

2.2. The license remains valid until terminated by you or by us.

2.3. All Product content (including workouts, video assets, UI design, illustrations, and audio) is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2.4. You do not acquire ownership of any content by using or paying for the Product.

2.5. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, broadcast, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Product or its proprietary content.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1. To access the personalized features of the Product, you will create an account and provide accurate personal information.

3.2. You must keep your account credentials confidential and secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts registered by or for minors will be promptly removed.

3.4. To request account deletion, email our support desk at support@fitrs.app.

4. What Is Included

4.1. The Product provides structured digital fitness programs (e.g., core strengthening, full-body sculpting, mobility, and posture correction) and personalized meal planning roadmaps.

4.2. Descriptions of physical outcomes or timeframe estimates are general guidelines and depend entirely on your individual biology, consistency, starting conditioning, and nutritional adherence.

5. Payments & Processing

Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment providers (including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and merchant card networks). Their processing procedures, data handling, and merchant terms apply directly to all transactions.

6. Pricing & Subscription Renewal

6.1. Trial Access: We may offer an introductory four-day trial subscription to the service for a fee of $0.99 USD. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period (calculated strictly in hours from 94 up to 98 hours, starting from the transaction confirmation timestamp in UTC), you will be automatically charged the regular subscription rate of $9.99 USD / week (or $19.99 USD / week depending on your chosen plan).

The subscription automatically renews every week until cancelled.

6.2. Single Term Payment: A single-payment membership option granting comprehensive account access and course accessibility for 6 months (180 days) is available at a rate of $99.99 USD.

7. Refund Policy Summary

7.1. Refunds are granted in cases where access to the paid Product is not provided following a valid payment (an “Access Issue”), provided the issue cannot be resolved within our standard 14 business-day resolution window.
